After years building BODA into a network of salons across Victoria, Martha's traded the appointment book for the bigger picture: building the foundations, systems and culture that will carry ByMartha into its next chapter. She's just as obsessed with great hair as ever, except now her craft is people — mentoring the team, raising up the next generation of stylists, and making sure every client still gets that ByMartha feeling, whoever's holding the brush. Ask anyone on the team and they'll tell you: Martha's the one quietly making sure everyone else gets to shine.

Ten years in and Katie still gets a little thrill from a perfect colour. She's spent her career mastering both ends of the colour spectrum — rich, multi-dimensional brunettes and soft, lived-in blondes that never feel flat or one-note. As Head of Education, she's also the one quietly shaping the next generation of ByMartha stylists, with the same patience she gives a first-time colour client taking the leap. Katie's happiest when you walk out looking like the best, most natural version of yourself.

Sarah is our resident believer in colour that ages gracefully. Soft regrowth, seamless blends, and tones built to be loved for months, not just on the day you leave the chair. Across 7 years in the industry, Sarah's become the team's go-to for translating a Pinterest board into something that actually suits your skin tone and your real life. Tiana brings the length, the dimension, and the drama (the good kind) to your hair. She's equally at home hand-tying extensions as she is building a soft, seamless, lived-in colour to match. Six years in, she's developed a sharp eye for proportion, so new length always looks like it grew there rather than was added. Transformation days are her favourite, and she especially loves making you blonde, and watching your confidence shift right along with your colour

Lizzie has an eye for structure and a soft spot for copper. Think rich, full-bodied auburns and strawberry tones that catch the light just right. Six years into her craft, her philosophy hasn't changed: a great cut is the real foundation of great hair, colour or not. She'll happily talk you into a bold copper moment, but she's as obsessive about getting your chosen cut precisely and perfectly right.

Jenna is our go-to for that perfectly undone, soft-volume finish that looks effortless and somehow just keeps going. Nearly two years into honing her craft, she's already our resident master of the up-do, equally at ease with an everyday blow wave as she is with the intricate event styling that comes with weddings, race days and big-occasion hair. Rosa is the newest addition to the ByMartha family, six months into her apprenticeship and soaking up everything from colour theory to the finer art of the perfect blow wave. She brings fresh energy, genuine curiosity, and is thriving in the mentorship, the small wins, the slow build toward becoming a stylist clients trust with their hair.
