Every great story has a new chapter. Mine started over a decade ago when I opened the doors to BODA Hair Boutique, a salon built on instinct, hard work, and a belief that great hair could change the way a woman feels about herself before she even leaves the chair. Ten years and seven businesses and 6 salons later, I'd built something I was genuinely proud of: a thriving business, a loyal team, and a name people trusted with their hair.

But somewhere along the way, life asked me to start again. My divorce was the hardest chapter I've lived, and also the one that taught me the most. It showed me that change isn't something to fear; it's something to run towards. That the version of yourself on the other side of a hard decision can be stronger, clearer, and more herself than the one before it.

ByMartha is what that lesson looks like, built into a brand. It's not just a new name on the door, it's the next chapter, written with everything I've learned about resilience, reinvention, and backing yourself. You'll feel that thread the moment you walk in, in a salon designed around how women actually want to feel, not just look; in services built on craft and care rather than trends; and in a team I've personally chosen and mentored, because the way they make you feel matters just as much as the way they make you look.

ByMartha is also the foundation for something bigger, the first of a growing network of BySalons, where stylists with the same passion for their craft can build something of their own, backed by the systems, education and brand support to do it properly. But it all starts here, with one chair, one salon, and one belief: that every chapter, yours and mine, deserves to be a good one.
